These are some of the things that you will need for P90X. I use most of these things everyday!
1. Socks and running shoe's
2. Water
3. Weights
4. Gloves
5. Protein
6. Yoga block
7. Pen and Paper
For Yoga X of course you won't use your sneakers. And I use gloves only for when I lift weights or if I use the pull up bar. I only use 5 and 10 pound weights. My husband uses all the rest :)
For yoga if your not a yoga freak, and you don't do it alot.. you will for sure need a yoga block ! Both my husband and I use one.They really help.
